SynOI Inc. (Delaware C-corp, January 2026) is the open agentic control plane: cryptographic governance for AI that takes action. Every model call, every tool dispatch, every CI/CD release flowing through a SynOI gateway is intercepted, evaluated against policy, optionally routed to a human for approval, and signed with a hybrid (Ed25519 + ML-DSA-65) Decision Receipt verifiable by anyone, offline, with no SynOI dependency. The underlying protocol is open, content-addressed, and standards-based: canonical JSON wire format, hybrid Ed25519 + ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204, IETF-track). SynOI was founded by Joshua Shovan, who has been running a software consultancy (Foundation X) on word-of-mouth referrals since 1995.
