Refund Policy
Effective date: June 18, 2026. Last updated: June 24, 2026.
SynOI Inc. (“SynOI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) wants you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our process for cancellations and refunds. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.
1. Subscriptions
SynOI offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us via our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
3. Pro-Rated Refunds
Upon cancellation, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. The refund amount is calculated from the effective cancellation date to the end of the paid period.
Example: If you cancel 10 days into a 30-day monthly cycle, you receive a refund for the remaining 20 days.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund for the remaining full months at the time of cancellation. Partial months are not refunded.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit a request via our contact form at synoi.systems/contact with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- Your order or subscription ID (available in your Paddle receipt).
- The reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful).
We will process your request within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests submitted more than 60 days after the original charge date (except where required by applicable law).
- One-time purchases or non-subscription services, unless faulty or not as described.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including EU consumer rights and UK consumer rights regulations. If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date. Exercising this right waives access to the service for that period.
8. Contact
