Human approval on the surface that fits.
A Class C tool call needs an approval round-trip. The surface depends on the on-call's context: Slack at the desk, SMS on the road, biometric on the phone. SynOI dispatches per tenant policy.

The HITL page expands with surface-by-surface latency numbers, denial-handling semantics, and the timeout-is-denial guarantee. Today the structure is in product; the dedicated landing is light.
- Slack: channel message with approve/deny buttons; HMAC-verified webhook
